Our client, a company in the casting auxiliary materials industry, is seeking a Process Engineer (Staff or Manager) to join their team at the Toyokawa plant. This role offers the opportunity to engage in production technology tasks related to increasing export product manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve manufacturing processes for casting auxiliary materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization
- Implement process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
- Conduct manufacturing process simulations
- Manage production technology for export product expansion
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

- 製造プロセスの改善を担当し、鋳造補助材料の品質向上を目指します。
- プロセス最適化のため、他部門と連携してチームワークを推進します。
- LeanやSix Sigmaといったプロセス改善手法を導入し、効率化を図ります。
- 製造プロセスのシミュレーションを実施し、実用性を評価します。
- 輸出製品拡大に向けた製造技術の管理を行います。
- 安全および環境基準を遵守し、法令順守を徹底します。


Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing development and production technology
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese
- Basic knowledge in chemical, materials, mechanical, or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory
- Problem-solving skills is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with manufacturing process simulation software is preferred but not mandatory

- 製造開発および製造技術に関する経験を有する方
- 日本語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力を持つ方
- 化学、材料、機械、または電気工学の基礎知識があれば尚良し
- 問題解決能力を有する方歓迎
- プロセス改善手法（Lean、Six Sigmaなど）の経験がある方
- 製造プロセスシミュレーションソフトウェアに精通していれば尚良し
