Our client, a global asset management firm based in Tokyo, is seeking a Wholesale Client Coverage/RFP Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality client materials and support wholesale business activities.


業務内容

- 卸売クライアント向けRFPおよび営業資料の作成
- 営業、商品、法務チームとの連携による資料作成
- 提案内容および内部プロセスの管理・改善
- 投資や商品関連のコミュニケーションおよび文書作成のサポート

- Prepare RFPs and proposal materials for wholesale clients
- Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams for client materials
- Manage and improve proposal content and internal processes
- Support investment/product-related communication and documentation



応募資格

- 資産運用や関連分野での3〜8年の経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
- 株式、固定収入、オルタナティブ、またはマルチアセット戦略の理解
- RFP作成および営業資料作成の経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と調整力
- 資産運用業界の基準および実務に精通していること

- 3–8 years experience in asset management or related fields
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Understanding of equities, fixed income, alternatives, or multi-asset strategies
- Experience with RFP preparation and proposal materials
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with asset management industry standards and practices
