Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets
• - Lead and train F&B team for luxury service
• - Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability
• - Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards
• - Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
• - Coordinate with culinary team for menu quality

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of experience in F&B management

• - Strong leadership and team management skills
• - Experience with budgeting and cost control in F&B
• - Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues
• - Familiarity with event planning and promotions

• F&Bマネジメントでの5年以上の経験

• HACCPと食品安全基準の知識
