Join a leading global financial institution as a Post-Trade Operations Specialist, supporting securities settlement, custody, and transaction processing across international markets. • Execute daily securities and cash settlements within strict market deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve trade and settlement discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform trade verification and booking accuracy checks in internal systems.
• Process corporate actions, income events, and asset servicing activities.
• Conduct reconciliations and control checks to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融機関における証券オペレーション／決済／ミドルオフィスの経験5年以上
• 株式・債券の決済プロセスおよびポストトレード業務の知識

• コミュニケーション能力、明瞭なコミュニケーションスタイル
• 正確性を重視し、期限内に業務を遂行できる実務能力
• 主体的に課題を解決する姿勢
• リスク管理意識

• 日本語：流暢（読み書き会話）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）

• カストディ業務または資産管理業務の経験
• コーポレートアクションおよびインカム処理の知識
• 規制報告や内部統制業務の経験

• Minimum 5 years of experience in securities operations, settlement, or middle office within financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of equity and/or fixed income settlement processes and post-trade lifecycle.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and risk control.

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business level

• Experience in custody operations or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of corporate actions and income processing.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting or control functions.
