Join a leading global (外資系) pharmaceutical organization as an Associate Director, IT Business Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across Medical Affairs. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, shaping innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes in Japan and globally.

You will act as a strategic bridge between local and global stakeholders, leading high-impact initiatives and enabling the adoption of emerging technologies such as GenAI and advanced digital platforms.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives by aligning IT and data strategies with Medical Affairs business goals
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to identify business needs and drive cross-functional solutions
• Deliver innovative digital products including apps, platforms, and emerging technology pilots (e.g., GenAI, AR/VR)
• Oversee digital governance frameworks and ensure successful execution of global initiatives
• Act as the primary advisor for digital tools and engage stakeholders across business units
• Manage external vendors and partners, including onboarding, performance tracking, and budget control

必須条件経験・資格：

• IT・デジタルトランスフォーメーション領域での実務経験8年以上
• メディカルアフェアーズ戦略関連のデジタルソリューション導入実績（Webサイト・アプリケーションなど）
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（アジャイル開発がベスト）
• GenAI、AR/VRなどの先端技術の活用経験
• 患者向けのアプリケーションに携わった経験
• グローバル環境でのシステム統合およびデータ活用経験

• 優れたステークホルダーマネジメント力と交渉力
• 論理的思考力および問題解決能力
• 多文化環境での柔軟なコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語: ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• PMP、Agile、ITILなどの資格保有者
• 外資系企業やマトリックス組織での業務経験
• Sitecore、Veeva、API設計などの技術知識
• デジタルプロダクトの立ち上げ・運用経験

• 希少疾患領域における治療・患者支援の高度化を、ITの立場から推進
• DX戦略の策定およびビジネス要件定義など、上流工程を主導
• GenAI・デジタルヘルス領域における先進的な取り組みに関与
• グローバルチームと協働し、クロスボーダーでプロジェクトを推進
• 柔軟な働き方（リモート／フレックス）に対応
• 年収1,000万円以上

• 8+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or business analysis
• Proven experience delivering digital solutions such as websites, applications, or platforms
• Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AR/VR, digital health tools)
• Experience managing global platforms and integrating data-driven solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Business level

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ITIL
• Experience working in matrix organizations within global companies
• Technical expertise in CMS (e.g., Sitecore), Veeva Systems, and API architecture
• Experience launching and scaling digital technologies
