TLD JAPAN K.K is looking for an Area Service Technician to join it’s Japan based Service Team to support it’s wide range of customers (airlines, airports, ground handlers, military…)

[Role and mission]

• Commissioning of new equipment at Japanese Airports
• Customer training
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Point of contact between TLD factories, clients and in some cases Repair / Service Companies
• Travel, mostly within Japan, few times abroad for training or technical factory visits with customers

Probation : 3 months

Salary
up to 8.5 MJPY (incl. 30 hours OT)

Location
Tokyo – depending on experience could be discussed

Working Hours
09:30 ~ 18:30

[Experience and qualification]

• Experience in Heavy Machinery Maintenance (Mining equipment…) or construction equipment (Crane…), Experience in GSE Maintenance is a plus.
• Proficient in Mechanical, Electrical and or Hydraulics
• And/ or experience with Electric Vehicules
• Communication skills with customers
• Autonomous
• Rigorous (reporting on breakdowns and follow up on actions)
• Japanese native with English understanding OR English Native with Japanese understanding - TLD can provide the candidate with English or Japanese language classes.
