Our client, a rapidly growing fintech company in the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking an Internal Audit Lead to strengthen their risk management and internal control systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to audit operations and collaborate with various departments to enhance risk visibility and business improvement. The position offers a competitive salary of 12 million JPY and requires business-level Japanese proficiency.


Responsibilities:

• - Develop annual audit plans and conduct risk assessments
• - Evaluate internal controls and business processes
• - Collaborate with external auditors and experts
• - Create audit documentation and reports
• - Propose and follow up on improvement suggestions
• - Lead internal audit projects for fintech solutions
• - Enhance audit procedures for fintech operations

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of internal audit experience
• - Business-level proficiency in Japanese
• - Basic understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines
• - Willingness to communicate in English or Chinese
• - CIA or CISA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with risk assessment and audit planning
• - Familiarity with IT audit processes is preferred but not mandatory
• - Ability to collaborate with external auditors and experts
