業務内容:

- 年間予算および月次予測プロセスのリード
- 総合的な財務モデルの設計
- 経営ダッシュボードを使用したパフォーマンスレビュー
- 製品および顧客レベルでの利益率の分析
- 戦略的取引向け財務モデルの構築
- 組織全体での財務知識の向上
- 市場動向の財務影響分析
- 部門横断的な財務イニシアティブへの協力

- Lead annual budget and monthly forecast processes
- Design comprehensive financial models for planning
- Drive performance reviews with executive dashboards
- Conduct product-level and customer-level margin analysis
- Build financial models for strategic deals
- Foster financial acumen across the organization
- Translate market trends into financial impact analyses
- Collaborate on cross-functional financial initiatives


応募資格:

- 5年以上のファイナンスまたはビジネスアナリスト経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- 財務および会計の深い知識（例：IFRS、日商簿記2級）
- データ分析および可視化ツールの使用経験（例：Tableau、Excel）
- 経営陣とのステークホルダーマネジメント経験
- SAP COPAなどのERPシステム経験があれば尚可
- 医療業界の知識があれば尚可

- 5+ years in Finance or Business Analyst roles
- Native-level Japanese, Business-level English
- Solid finance and accounting knowledge (e.g., IFRS, Nissho Boki Level 2)
- Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
- Experience in stakeholder management with executives, leaders
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP COPA is preferred but not mandatory
- Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
