【業務内容】

クライアントとの関係
• 採用マネージャーやステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築・維持
• 採用サービスの提供、プロセスのアドバイス、タイムラインの管理
• 市場と採用ニーズに基づいたアトラクション戦略の策定
• CSMと協力し内部および外部のステークホルダーとの強力なパートナーシップを構築

内部ステークホルダーとの関係
• ボトルネックを事前に特定し対策を講じる
• 関連チームと協力しクライアントと候補者の円滑な体験を確保
• コーディネーターへの指導とメンターリング
• CSMの報告ニーズに対応

採用業務
• 採用計画の合意とインテークミーティングの結果を文書化
• 中途採用チームと協力し質の高い候補者リストを提供
• 候補者の満足度を管理し優れた採用体験を提供
• 採用マネージャーをサポートし適切なオファーを決定
• ステークホルダーの問題を予測し適切に対処

技術とコンプライアンス
• 候補者のステータス変更やリクエストの更新をリアルタイムで追跡
• 契約管理をサポートしスコープの逸脱を特定
• 法律遵守を確保（例：年齢差別、契約者の雇用リスク、データ管理技術など）
• コンプライアンスリスクを特定し、管理
• 契約義務とクライアントのサービスレベル合意に沿った採用サービスの提供

【Job Description】

Be a Trusted Talent Partner

• Build and maintain strong, advisory relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leads, and internal partners.
• Provide strategic guidance on hiring needs, talent availability, market insights, and hiring best practices.
• Lead vacancy consultations alongside Sourcing partners to shape recruitment strategies and hiring timelines.

Deliver Exceptional Recruitment Outcomes

• Manage full-cycle recruitment—including role briefing, sourcing review, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation. 
• Serve as an authentic brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged, informed, and inspired throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with Sourcing teams to refine shortlisted talent and guide hiring managers in final decisions.
• Take ownership of candidate offer management, negotiation, and closing.

Drive Excellence in Quality, Compliance & Process

• Ensure every hiring activity aligns with Morgan Stanley standards, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. 
• Maintain real‑time accuracy across ATS/CRM systems and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Mandatory Requirements

• 社内採用担当者としての業務経験

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of capability, ownership, and people‑centric thinking:

• Experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in financial services or a complex, matrix environment.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders at all levels.
• Strong prioritisation and the ability to work at pace.
• Demonstrated success meeting hiring targets, quality metrics, and SLAs
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and ATS systems
• Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, every time.
• Fluent in Japanese and English
