• トレーディングルームを担当し、マーケットアワー中のトレーダーおよびポートフォリオマネージャーの一次問い合わせに対応していただきます
• 自社開発のプロップ＆サードパーティートレーディングプラットフォームのL1／L2サポートを提供
• デスクトップ環境、トレーディング機器、モバイル端末などのトラブルの迅速な診断・解決
• サーバールーム機器、ネットワーク接続、マーケットデータ配信の監視・保守
• Bloomberg、Reuters／Refinitivなどの金融情報端末のセットアップ、トラブルシューティング
• オフィス拡張、IT環境のリフレッシュ、新規トレーディングツールの導入、DR（災害対策）テストなどの各種プロジェクトへの参画

Join a leading global asset management firm as a Trade Floor Technical Support Engineer in Tokyo, providing high-touch IT support directly to traders and portfolio managers.

In this role, you will operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment, ensuring the stability of trading platforms, market data systems, and low-latency infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work at the core of financial operations where your technical expertise directly impacts business performance.

• Act as the primary IT contact for traders and portfolio managers on the trading floor
• Provide L1/L2 support for trading platforms, ensuring real-time system stability
• Diagnose and resolve issues across desktops, trading hardware, and mobile devices
• Monitor and maintain server room infrastructure, network connectivity, and market data feeds
• Support financial data tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters/Refinitiv terminals
• Assist with office expansions, system upgrades, and disaster recovery testing

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Windows 10／11およびMicrosoft 365環境のサポート経験
• 金融市場やトレーディングルーム特有の緊急性を理解した対応が可能なこと
• ネットワーク基礎知識（TCP/IP、VPN、低遅延通信）
• 金融業界で一般的なマーケットデータ端末やExcelアドインの知識・経験
• デスクトップイメージングおよび展開ツールの知識

• 簡潔明瞭に情報を伝達できるコミュニケーション能力（日本語・英語）
• 高プレッシャー環境下でも冷静に対応できる判断力
• ダウンタイム最小化を優先し、「トレーダーファースト」で対応する姿勢

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外のITチームとのやりとりあり）

• PythonまたはPowerShellによるスクリプト経験
• LinuxまたはSQLの基礎知識
• ヘッジファンド、アセットマネジメント、投資銀行での勤務経験
• ITIL Foundation資格

• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Understanding of financial markets and trade floor operations
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, low-latency environments)
• Experience supporting market data platforms and Excel-based financial tools
• Familiarity with desktop deployment and imaging tools

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure trading environments
• Professional communication with traders and investment teams
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on minimising downtime

• English: Business level
• Japanese: Fluent

• Scripting skills using Python or PowerShell
• Basic knowledge of Linux or SQL
• Experience in hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking environments
• ITIL Foundation certification
