• AzureおよびAWS環境のクラウドセキュリティ強化（CSPM）

Join a global asset management firm as an L3 Security Engineer in Tokyo, leading a critical transition from an outsourced MSP model to a fully in-house cybersecurity function.

This is a high-impact opportunity to architect and implement enterprise security across the Microsoft ecosystem (Intune, Entra ID, Defender) and a multi-cloud environment (Azure and AWS). You will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term security strategy while collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Design and implement security policies using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and Entra ID
• Manage identity lifecycle including Conditional Access, PIM, and MFA/Passwordless authentication
• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for security incidents using Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel
• Secure cloud environments across Azure and AWS using CSPM best practices
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Graph API
• Lead strategy and execution for transitioning security operations from MSP to in-house

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Microsoft IntuneおよびEntra IDの実務経験
• Microsoft Defender XDRおよびSentinel（SIEM/SOAR）の経験
• AzureおよびAWSにおけるクラウドセキュリティの知識・経験
• PowerShellおよびGraph APIを用いたスクリプト開発経験
• Microsoft Autopilotやデバイスコンプライアンスに関する知識

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
• Expertise in cloud security across Azure and AWS
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API
• Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and device compliance workflows

• Strategic thinking with the ability to lead transformation initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex L3 security incidents
• Excellent communication skills to align with global teams and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Basic level

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC2
• Experience in energy or commodities trading sectors
• Project management experience in infrastructure or security transformation
