Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Monitor budgets and forecasts for financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies
- Partner with operational teams for cost control
- Support Financial Controller in daily accounting operations
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records

月次決算および財務報告のサポート
予算および予測の監視による財務精度の確保
財務手続きやポリシーの遵守の徹底
運営チームと協力しコスト管理を実施
ファイナンシャルコントローラーの会計業務を日々サポート
帳簿の照合による正確な財務記録の維持



Qualifications:

- Experience in accounting or finance within hospitality
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
- Japanese fluency required; English is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in financial roles
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred but not mandatory
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
