本ポジションは、研究と実装の橋渡しを担い、LLM・エージェントシステムの設計から本番環境への展開までを一貫して推進します。論文ベースの研究に留まらず、実際のプロダクト価値創出に直結するAI開発に携われる点が魅力です。

• LLMを活用したエージェントシステムの設計・開発
• エージェント基盤（メモリ管理、マルチエージェント連携等）の設計および技術選定
• 大規模エージェントタスクにおけるベンチマーク設計および評価指標の構築
• モデル／プロンプトの自動評価基盤の整備など、品質管理の推進
• トレーニングデータの最適化およびモデル性能改善の推進
• プロダクトチームと連携したエージェント機能の実装および課題解決

This role bridges research and production, translating advanced AI concepts into scalable, real-world solutions. You will work on building next-generation AI agents, model evaluation systems, and training pipelines that deliver measurable business impact.

• Design and develop LLM-based agent architectures, including memory systems and multi-agent communication.
• Build and implement quantitative benchmarks for evaluating large-scale AI systems.
• Conduct automated evaluation of models and prompt performance across the full lifecycle.
• Optimize training data and model performance for production environments.
• Collaborate with product teams to solve complex real-world AI challenges.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• LLMを用いた複雑なエージェントシステムの開発経験
• ソフトウェアエンジニアリングや、機械学習の実務経験
• LLMのプロンプトエンジニアリング、または言語モデルを活用したプロダクト開発経験
• PyTorchまたはJAXを用いた大規模モデルのトレーニングおよび推論の実務経験
• LLMおよびTransformerアーキテクチャに精通していること
• 研究論文を読解し、最先端の手法を再現、または実装に必要な改善を行えること
• Pythonの実装スキル（プロダクションレベルのコード開発ができること）

• Experience developing LLM-based or agentic systems.
• Strong background in software engineering and machine learning.
• Experience with prompt engineering or building AI-driven products.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale model training using PyTorch or JAX.
• Deep understanding of LLM and Transformer architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python (production-level).
• Ability to read and apply research papers to practical implementations.
