Position Overview
This position oversees the Accounting Department and is responsible for a broad range of core finance and accounting functions within the back office including monthly and annual financial closings management accounting manufacturing cost accounting cash flow management tax filings and audit coordination.
The role requires frequent communication in English with the U.S. headquarters and overseas subsidiaries and therefore strong collaboration within a global organization is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly financial reporting to the U.S. headquarters
Overall management accounting functions
Cash flow management
Tax filings and compliance
Audit coordination （internal and external）
Oversight of other accounting operations through the management of subordinates （3 direct reports）

Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Management or supervisory experience
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 800 or above
Experience with manufacturing cost accounting
