Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead SPC-level accounting for Japan entities
• - Manage end-to-end financial closing processes
• - Coordinate with external SPC accounting firms
• - Ensure alignment of SPC financials with investor reporting
• - Oversee financial reporting across cross-functional teams
• - Establish strong financial controls and processes
• - Review budget vs actuals for ManCo and OpCo

• SPCレベルの会計管理を日本法人においてリード
• 財務の締め作業を一貫して管理
• 外部のSPC会計事務所との調整
• 投資家向け報告書とSPC財務の整合性を確保
• クロスファンクショナルチームを横断する財務報告を監督
• 強固な財務管理とプロセスの確立
• ManCoおよびOpCoの予算対実績のレビュー

Qualifications:

• - 7-10 years SPC accounting/finance experience in Japan
• - Deep understanding of Japanese tax regulations and accounting standards
• - Native or near-native Japanese, and professional business English
• - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• - Professional certifications such as CPA (Japan/US) or CFA (preferred)
• - Experience with financial reporting and audit coordination
• - Experience in asset management or institutional real estate
• - Leadership skills for team development and mentoring

• 日本国内での7-10年のSPC会計/財務経験
• 日本の税制および会計基準に関する深い理解
• 日本語のネイティブもしくはそれに準ずるレベル、ビジネス英語力
• 財務または会計の学士号
• CPA（日本/米国）またはCFAなどの専門資格（優遇）
• 財務報告および監査調整の経験
• 資産運用または機関投資家向け不動産での経験
• チームの発展と指導におけるリーダーシップスキル
