Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a CFO to oversee all finance operations related to real estate investment. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full investment lifecycle, from execution to asset management and disposition, while mentoring and developing team members. Compensation will be determined based on experience, offering a tailored package for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct financial, legal, and physical due diligence
• - Negotiate with lenders and adjust financing terms
• - Draft and review contracts and related documentation
• - Design investment schemes considering tax and legal aspects
• - Mentor and develop team members
• - Oversee real estate investment lifecycle from execution to disposition
• - Manage closing procedures including fund settlement and registration

• 財務、法務、物的デューデリジェンスの実施
• 貸手との交渉および融資条件の調整
• 契約書および関連ドキュメントの作成とレビュー
• 税務および法的側面を考慮した投資スキームの設計
• チームメンバーの指導と育成
• 投資ライフサイクル全体の監督（実行から売却まで）
• クロージング手続きの管理（資金決済および登録を含む）

Qualifications:

• - Experience with foreign investment funds (mandatory)
• - Strong financial analysis and Excel modeling skills
• - Knowledge of investment structuring (tax and legal)
• - Experience in lender negotiations and contract coordination
• - Business level English
• - Experience in real estate finance
• - Familiarity with SPC, GK-TK structures
• - Experience with financial due diligence

• 投資構造に関する知識（税務および法務）
• 貸手交渉および契約調整の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
