As a Supply Chain Specialist at our Shiba office, you will be responsible for maintaining optimized inventory levels aligned with company targets, KPIs, and customer forecasts. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage procurement from internal vendors via SAP and conduct demand planning to ensure seamless operational flow.

芝オフィス勤務のサプライチェーン・スペシャリストとして、会社目標、KPI、および顧客予測に合わせた在庫レベルの最適化を担当します 。サプライチェーン・マネージャーの直属として、SAPを使用した社内ベンダーからの調達管理や需要予測を行い、円滑なオペレーションを実現します 。

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

• Inventory & Demand Planning / 在庫・需要予測: Manage and optimize inventory based on actual orders and forecasts; analyze changes to align with sales targets. 実注文と予測に基づく在庫管理・最適化。販売目標に合わせた予測変更の分析 。

• Production Coordination / 生産調整: Manage prototypes and serial production with the sales team, including POs, quotations, and design change arrangements. 営業チームと連携した試作品および量産の管理（注文書、見積書、設計変更の調整等） 。

• Reporting & Monitoring / レポート・モニタリング: Monitor shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment; generate records to ensure timely customer service. 出荷・受領・注文履行のモニタリング。タイムリーな顧客サービス実現のためのレポート作成 。

• Process Improvement / 業務改善: Continuously optimize and improve order and inventory processes while collaborating with key accounts. 主要顧客と連携しながら、注文および在庫プロセスの継続的な最適化と改善を推進 。

Required Skills / 必要なスキル

• Experience / 経験: Approximately 3+ years of SCM experience, preferably within the automotive field. 約3年程度のサプライチェーン実務経験（自動車業界経験者尚可） 。

• Technical Skills / ITスキル: Proficiency in SAP (mandatory) and advanced Excel for complex data analysis. SAPの実務経験（必須）、および高度なExcelスキルを用いたデータ分析能力 。

• Languages / 語学力: Fluent Japanese and Business-level English. 流暢な日本語、およびビジネスレベルの英語 。

• Soft Skills / ソフトスキル: Proactive, strategic thinker with a strong service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. 主体的な思考と戦略的アプローチ。サービス精神があり、対人コミュニケーション能力に長けている方 。
