ESG / Sustainability Research Analyst - FinTech ESG／サステナビリティリサーチアナリスト - フィンテック


Our client, a FinTech company, is expanding its Sustainability Solutions team in Japan and is seeking an ESG / Sustainability Research Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to develop market-leading climate research and contribute to ESG product development, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop climate research for data and index solutions
• - Analyze climate-related frameworks and regulations
• - Contribute to ESG product development
• - Engage with stakeholders in a market-facing role
• - Write research reports on ESG topics

• 気候に関するデータおよびインデックスソリューションの研究開発
• 気候関連の枠組みや規制の分析
• ESGプロダクトの開発に貢献
• 市場を意識したステークホルダーとの連携
• ESGトピックに関するリサーチレポートの執筆

Qualifications:

• - Experience in ESG or climate research
• - Strong knowledge of TCFD, TNFD, GHG frameworks
• - Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• - Experience with data and index-driven product development
• - Background in finance or sustainability (CFA, ESG certification) is preferred but not mandatory

• ESGまたは気候研究の経験
• TCFD、TNFD、GHGフレームワークに関する深い知識
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• データおよびインデックス駆動のプロダクト開発経験
• 金融またはサステナビリティ分野の背景（CFA、ESG認定資格）があれば尚可
