• オペレーショナルリスク管理フレームワークの実行（ディープダイブ分析・テーマ別レビュー・インシデント分析）

Join a premier global investment bank as an Operational Risk Vice President, playing a critical role in safeguarding the organization's resilience. In this position, you will manage complex operational risks across business and infrastructure units, ensuring strong governance and compliance within a dynamic, global financial environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic risk decision-making.

• Execute the Operational Risk management framework through deep-dive analysis, thematic reviews, and incident investigations
• Identify and mitigate key risks across business and infrastructure functions
• Partner with stakeholders to challenge existing processes and ensure alignment with risk tolerance frameworks
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure a consistent approach to risk management
• Drive local governance initiatives, including reviewing new product proposals and delivering management reporting (MI)

必須条件経験・資格：

• ファーストラインのリスク管理や内部統制、セカンドライン（オペリスク、コンプライアンステスティング）、またはサードライン（内部監査）などの経験5年以上
• 国際的な金融機関での実務経験（外資系・日系いずれも可）

• 複雑なリスク情報を分かりやすく伝える分析力・説明力
• リスクを先読みし適切に対応できるリスク感度と判断力
• 国内外ステークホルダーと協働できる調整力・コミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：流暢

• 証券・投資銀行・資本市場部門の経験
• グローバルリスク管理フレームワークの知識
• 高度なステークホルダーマネジメント経験

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operational risk, compliance, internal audit, or risk/control functions
• Proven experience within a global financial institution, preferably in investment banking or capital markets

• Strong ability to translate complex risk data into clear and actionable insights
• Proactive risk mindset with the ability to identify and escalate potential issues
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with local and international stakeholders

• Experience in securities or capital markets environments
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience
