Position:   Multiple Head of Engineering (Automotive Stamping)

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB

Location: High Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya

Responsibilities: 

Production Leader

• Manage overall of Motor Core Stamping Production.                                        

• Responsible for production scheduling. (Capacity and production planning)

• Ensure finished products comply with the quality   specification.                    

• Plan delivery time according to requirement.                                                     

• Defects & Yield Analysis and Trouble Shooting Solving.                                                    

• Control and Improvement Production Process.                                                                 

• Coach team leaders and team members to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, equipment utilization and efficiency, and product        

• Support the company’s yearly business plan and drive team to achieve the goal.

Production Planning Leader

• Received and review forecast order from sales section or customers. 

• Create master plan schedule to meet customer's demand. and commit delivery plan to sales section.

• Control and monitor production output for support shipment and keep on time delivery.

• Manage and control overall production planning issues.

• Review and manage machine allocation.

• Control raw materials & finished goods in storage. 

• Control packaging & raw material and ordering to support production. 

• Make Material Requirement Plan (MRP) -Summary Inventory data for over aging -Summary Report every end of month (Area base yield, compare stock, finished good stock, on time delivery).

• Update all document concern by following ISO

QA/QC Leader

• Establish maintain and improve QMS (IATF16949/ISO9100)

• Supervise train and manage QA/QC Staff, Supervisor and operator

• Analyze quality problems by using tools (e.g. 7QC tools, Why-Why analysis)

• Manage customer claim/complaint and ensure product quality is meet customer requirement

Process Control Leader

• Control and maintain production process follow company standardization  

• Improve production process to achieve maximum efficiency                                          

• Problem solving in production and prevention for recurrence                          

• Calculate and estimate manpower required to support demand change  

• Monitor production capacity         

• Develop process layout and set up production standard      

• Control standard of equipment and tools used in production line     

• Review and test new equipment and tools for production lines to reduce manufacturing costs

• Support production line and continuous improvement         

• Process improvement and new product launching

• Design of equipment to support production team

• Improvement and Cost Saving in Manufacturing                   

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal stamping, motor core stamping or automotive parts production

• Knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or related standards

• Able to communicate in English
