Our client is world leading technology of electronic & electrical. We are looking for potential candidate of;

Position:                       Facility & Utility Supervisor
Location:                      Ban Bueng, Chonburi
Base Salary:                 60,000 - 80,000 (Depends on Experience)
Work day:                     Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of facility and utility systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

• Monitor and control utility consumption (electricity, water, gas, steam, compressed air).

• Plan, assign, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for facility and utility system breakdowns.

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and external contractors to support plant operations and projects.

• Maintain maintenance records, utility usage data, equipment history, and inspection reports.

• Support installation, modification, and improvement projects for facility and utility systems.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify risks, abnormalities, and maintenance needs.

• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials to ensure availability and cost efficiency.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians and maintenance staff.

• Prepare reports on utility performance, equipment status, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.

• Drive energy-saving initiatives, cost reduction, and continuous improvement programs.

• Ensure emergency preparedness for utility failures and facility-related incidents.

• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections.

• Plan and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, utility operations, maintenance supervision, or industrial/manufacturing environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of facility and utility systems, including electrical systems, HVAC, chiller systems, boilers, compressors, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing technicians, maintenance teams, or external contractors.

• Solid understanding of maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and operational risk management.

• Knowledge of applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Good command of English.

• Experience with energy management and ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) is preferred.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or clean utility systems is a plus (especially for food, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries).

• Strong leadership, safety awareness, cost control, and continuous improvement mindset.
