Key Responsibilities:

• - Deploy retail performance projects in boutiques
• - Lead cross-departmental discussions to tackle performance issues
• - Plan and organize project roll-out and run phases
• - Ensure boutique staff training for project changes
• - Follow up on projects post-roll-out with boutiques
• - Coordinate with Central Retail Performance team for local project deployment
• - Organize regular boutique visits for feedback and support

• プロジェクトフォローアップ：プロジェクト展開後のブティックとのフォローアップを実施
• 中央小売パフォーマンスチームとの連携：地域でのプロジェクト展開に向けた連携調整
• 定期訪問：フィードバックとサポートのための定期的なブティック訪問の実施

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of experience in retail project management
• - Experience in luxury retail industry
• - Proficiency in digital and non-digital retail tools
• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Experience with project management software like MS Project or Asana
• - Ability to travel for boutique visits and project follow-ups
• - Experience in change management
