トラックのキャブやバスボデーの様々なコンポーネントや部品の設計・開発・生産維持業務を担当しています。

担当コンポにより６つのチームに分かれています。主にトラックキャブの設計を川崎のオフィス，バスボデーの設計を富山のオフィスで担当しています。部内では業務状況に合わせフレキシブルに担当を割り振れるような組織運用を実施しています。現在部には約50名が在籍しており年齢層は高いですが，近年は新卒社員もコンスタントに採用しています。

またモバイルワークやフレックス制度も柔軟に活用しライフワークバランスの維持に努めています。



We are in charge of the design development production and maintenance of various components and parts for truck cabs and bus bodies.

We can feel very rewarding work to develop products that meet various requirements such as regulations strength durability functionality comfort feeling and appearance while also taking into account costs and investments.

It is also encouraging us because many of the components and parts are seen and touched directly by drivers and customers and we can also see vehicles on the road all over the world.



The department has six teams based on the components they are responsible for. Truck cab design is primarily handled in Kawasaki office while bus body design is handled in Toyama office. Our organizational structure allows for flexible assignment of responsibilities according to work load conditions. Currently the department has around 50 employees and while they are older we have been consistently hiring new graduates in recent years. We also flexibly utilize mobile work and flexible time systems to help maintain a work life balance.


【業務内容】
トラックキャビンに関するコンポーネントや部品（※）の開発・設計・生産維持業務に携わる方を幅広く募集します。

顧客要望の把握，要求仕様の作成，サプライヤ選定活動，詳細設計作業，コスト低減活動，品質改善活動など一連の設計業務を実施いただきます。

社内では，プロジェクトマネジメント・スタイリング・評価・認証・生産・購買・財務・品質・営業部門等と，社外ではサプライヤと協力して業務を進めているため，車両開発の一連を学ぶことができます。そのため入社後は設計としてエキスパートやマネジメントを目指すだけでなく，希望すれば他部門へのローテーションも可能です。

・シート，シートベルト，エアバッグ
・ステアリングホイール，コラム，ペダル類
・ランプ，ワイパー，ミラー
・空調機器
・キャブ内電装品（スイッチ類，オーディオ，ラジオ，タコグラフ，アンテナなど）

We are seeking a wide range of candidates to work on the development design and production maintenance of truck cabin components and parts*.

You will be responsible for a range of design tasks including understanding customer needs creating required specifications supplier selection detailed design cost reduction activities and quality improvement activities.

You will work in house with project management styling evaluation certification production purchasing finance quality and sales departments and externally with suppliers allowing you to learn the full range of vehicle development. As a result after joining the company you will not only aim to become a design expert or manager but you will also have the opportunity to rotate between departments if you wish.

Cab body cab mount
Exterior （bumpers fenders radiator grille etc.）
Glass doors （door panels trim locking systems glass regulators etc.）
Interior （dashboard console trim carpet etc.
Seats seat belts airbags
Steering wheel column pedals
Lamps wipers mirrors
Air conditioning equipment
In cab electrical equipment （switches audio radio tachograph antenna etc.）

■ 経験
自動車のOEMもしくはサプライヤにて，上記いずれかのコンポ，もしくは類似部品の開発経験が3年以上。
英語は会話レベル以上の能力があれば尚可（必須ではありません）。
（日本語ビジネス、英語基礎）

At least 3 years of experience developing one of the above components or similar parts at an automotive OEM or supplier.
Conversational level English is preferred （but not required）.
