【ポジション】
トラベル開発部：テストエンジニア（TDD）

【業務内容】
・品質KPIの監視と報告、傾向と根本原因の特定
・プロダクトマネージャーおよび開発チームとの緊密な連携し、システムテストの仕様を定義し改善する
・標準化されたQAプロセスを通じて、ハイパフォーマンスを維持し、ボトムパフォーマーのプロセスを改善する
・チームメンバーへのタスクのアサインとレビュー（アウトソースメンバーを含む）
・マルチプロジェクト管理（オンサイト／オフサイト管理含む）
・テスト計画／設計／実装／実施（アウトソース管理を含む）
・日報、週報の作成

【働く環境 】
QAの1チームは、5人～10人で構成されており、英語と日本語が飛び交うグローバルな環境の中で、活発に意見交換を行いながら、QA業務を行っております。また、QAの知見を深める為に海外カンファレンスへの参加・登壇、ISTQBなどの資格勉強会も週次で行っております。

チーム内の平均残業時間は20時間～30時間となっており、プライベートと仕事を充実出来るように、ワークバランスを大切にしています。定期的に1on1ミーティングを行い、働くことに対しての安心・安全を感じて頂ける仕事環境になります。

■Position
Travel Development Division （TDD）: Test Engineer

■Responsibilities
Monitor and report on quality KPIs identifying trends and root causes
Work closely with Product Managers and development teams to define and improve system test specifications
Maintain high performance through standardized QA processes and improve processes for lower performing teams
Assign and review tasks for team members including outsourced resources
Manage multiple projects including both onsite and offsite coordination
Plan design implement and execute test activities （including outsourced test management）
Create daily and weekly reports and translate them into English

■Working Environment
Each QA team consists of approximately 5 to 10 members
QA activities are conducted in a global environment where both English and Japanese are actively used encouraging open and lively discussions
To deepen QA expertise team members participate in overseas conferences including both attendance and speaking opportunities
Weekly study sessions are held for certifications such as ISTQB
The average monthly overtime within the team is approximately 20 to 30 hours

■Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in application test design and execution
Knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
■Preferred Qualifications
Experience in application development
Knowledge and experience in the internet services industry
Experience with API/UI automation test development and non functional testing
Knowledge of OTA businesses and/or the e commerce domain
Strong service oriented mindset
■Soft Skills
Ability to proactively involve others to solve problems and improve situations
Strong curiosity and a desire to explore various issues and topics
Passion for continuous learning in a fast paced environment
Effective communication skills with various stakeholders and other QA team members
Motivation to challenge the status quo go beyond routine work and drive improvements
