Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Vehicle Safety Operators during shifts
- Oversee daily fleet operations for safety and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and report on shift performance metrics
- Coordinate training with Quality Assurance team
- Manage work schedules and task assignments
- Address operational issues and implement solutions
- Serve as primary contact for on-road incidents

Qualifications:

- Full clean Japan driving licence (
- 2+ years' driving experience in Japan
- Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Available to work full-time on-site in Haneda, Tokyo
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with fleet management or automotive operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English is preferred but not mandatory

- 日本での無事故運転免許証保有
- 日本国内での2年以上の運転経験
- チームコーディネーターや類似の役割での実績
- 強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
- 東京・羽田での常勤勤務が可能
- Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Officeスイートの習熟
- フリート管理や自動車運営の経験があれば尚可
- 安全プロトコルおよびコンプライアンス基準の知識があれば尚可
- 日本語および英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
