Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial closing processes ensuring compliance with J-GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for Japan entities
- Develop financial models and business cases for investment evaluation
- Act as finance business partner providing insights to commercial teams
- Lead and develop the finance team fostering continuous improvement
- Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks

- 日本法人のキャッシュフロー予測と流動性計画の管理
- 投資評価のための財務モデルとビジネスケースの作成

- ファイナンスチームをリードし、継続的な改善を促進
- 銀行との関係管理と資金調達の取り決めを監督
- 外国為替リスクと金利リスクの監視・管理


Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, both spoken and written
- Familiar with Japan accounting policies, tax requirements, and internal control procedures
- Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is preferred but not mandatory
- Experienced in SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience in managing treasury and cash management operations
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- 7年以上の関連する会計経験
- 英語と日本語の読み書き・会話能力
- 日本の会計基準、税務要件、内部統制手続きに精通
- US GAAPおよびサーベンス・オクスリー法の遵守経験（尚可）
- SAP S/4HANAの経験（尚可）
- 財務モデリングとシナリオ分析の経験
- 資金管理とキャッシュマネジメント業務の経験
- ファイナンスチームをリードし、育成する能力
- 時折の出張に対応可能
