Join a leading global consulting firm as a Senior Consultant in M&A Advisory, where you will support complex domestic and cross-border transactions from strategy development through deal closing. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact M&A engagements, collaborating with experienced professionals while advising clients on strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate growth initiatives.

• Support the execution of domestic and international M&A transactions from strategy planning to closing.
• Assist clients in developing M&A strategies aligned with their business and growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestiture targets based on strategic and financial considerations.
• Provide financial analysis including company valuation, deal pricing, and share exchange ratio assessments.
• Support deal structuring discussions and provide advisory support during transaction negotiations.

必須条件経験・資格：

• M&Aアドバイザリー業務経験3年以上（仲介業務を除く）
• 企業価値評価・財務モデリングを含むM&Aエグゼキューションの実務経験

• タイムマネジメント
• コミュニケーション能力
• 問題解決力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 投資銀行、または国内証券会社のM&Aプロダクツ部門における実務経験
• 公認会計士（J-CPA）またはUSCPA資格保有者優遇

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in M&A advisory (excluding brokerage activities).
• Strong experience in M&A execution including corporate valuation and financial modelling.
• Experience working in investment banks or M&A divisions within securities firms is highly desirable.
• Professional qualifications such as Japan CPA or US CPA are advantageous.

• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex transaction environments.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

• Experience working on cross-border M&A transactions.
• Background in financial advisory, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Experience working within consulting firms, investment banks, or professional services environments.
