Join a leading global law firm in Tokyo as an Antitrust Litigation Associate (Bengoshi) advising multinational clients on complex antitrust investigations, competition law disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters.

This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile cross-border competition cases, supporting global corporations navigating regulatory scrutiny and litigation across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with international legal teams and partners while building expertise in competition law, regulatory investigations, and antitrust litigation.

• Advise clients on antitrust and competition law matters, including regulatory investigations and contentious disputes.
• Support multinational clients responding to inquiries from Japanese and international competition authorities.
• Draft legal submissions, memoranda, and regulatory filings related to antitrust and competition matters.
• Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-border antitrust investigations and compliance issues.
• Assist clients with risk assessments related to mergers, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
• Work closely with partners on complex disputes involving multinational corporations.

• 日本の弁護士資格
• 法律事務所における独禁法・競争法・訴訟分野での実務経験
• 当局調査対応・紛争対応に関わった経験
• 法的文書の作成能力

• 複雑な規制を分析し、解決策を導く論理的思考能力
• 複数案件を同時に管理できるタスク管理能力
• グローバルチームと協働するコラボレーションスキル

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• Qualified Japanese lawyer (弁護士) with experience in antitrust, competition law, or litigation.
• Experience working in a law firm environment handling regulatory or dispute-related matters.
• Exposure to competition authority investigations or regulatory enforcement cases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent legal drafting and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal workstreams and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative approach when working with global legal teams and stakeholders.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business or intermediate level
