• 多国籍企業の商事訴訟および紛争解決案件の法務対応
• 特許、技術、営業秘密など知的財産関連紛争のサポート
• 訴訟書面、法的意見書、訴訟戦略資料の作成
• クロスボーダー調査や紛争案件の対応（グローバルチームや技術の専門家と連携）
• 規制が厳しいセクターの規制リスクや当局対応のサポート

Join a top international law firm in Tokyo as a Litigation & Intellectual Property Associate, advising multinational clients on complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and intellectual property matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value disputes involving technology, life sciences, and innovation-driven industries.

You will collaborate with global legal teams and technical experts on cross-border litigation and intellectual property disputes, supporting leading multinational corporations navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges.

• Advise multinational clients on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Support intellectual property disputes including patent, technology, and trade secret litigation.
• Draft legal submissions, memoranda, and case strategy documents for complex contentious matters.
• Collaborate with international legal teams and technical experts on cross-border investigations and disputes.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory risk and enforcement matters related to innovation-driven industries.
• Work closely with partners on high-profile disputes involving global technology and life sciences companies.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本の弁護士資格
• 訴訟、紛争解決、または知的財産関連業務の経験
• 法律事務所において、複雑な訴訟案件または紛争案件に携わった経験
• 商事訴訟、規制紛争、またはテクノロジー関連案件への関与経験
• ※経験に応じてジュニア〜シニアレベルまで検討可能

• 複雑な訴訟案件に対応できる分析力、戦略的思考力
• 卓越した文章力（契約書含む）
• 複数案件を同時に進められるタスク管理能力
• 国や専門領域をまたいで連携するコラボレーションスキル

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• テクノロジー、知的財産、規制関連紛争の経験

• Qualified Japanese lawyer (弁護士) with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or intellectual property law.
• Experience working in a law firm environment handling complex legal cases.
• Exposure to commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, or technology-related legal matters.
• Candidates across junior to senior associate levels will be considered depending on experience.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in contentious legal matters.
• Excellent legal drafting and written communication ability.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines within fast-paced litigation environments.
• Collaborative mindset when working across international teams and multidisciplinary experts.
