Data Center Night Operation Sub Leader (Global Financial Project)

■ Salary

JPY 4.5M – 6.5M annually
Depending on experience and skills

■ Overview

We are hiring a Sub Leader for a newly established night shift operation at a data center for a global financial client.

This is a key position responsible for leading stable night operations and supporting team members during the initial setup phase.

■ Responsibilities

• Lead night shift operations and coordinate on-site activities
• Support and guide operators
• Manage access control (including escorting visitors)
• Handle package receiving and logistics coordination
• Manage tickets (creation, update, closure)
• Execute initial response during emergencies based on procedures
• Perform and oversee routine operations
• Maintain and improve operational quality

※ Operations are mainly manual/procedure-based (no advanced incident handling required)

■ Working Hours

20:00 – 08:00 (12-hour shift with 2-hour break)

■ Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in data center or IT infrastructure operations
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts

Nice to Have

• Team lead or sub-lead experience
• Experience following operational procedures (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience in global/international environments

Night shift: 3 members (1 Sub Leader + 2 Operators)

■ Training

• Approx. 1-month OJT during daytime
• Hands-on training before night shift starts
• Ensures operational readiness from Day 1
