Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily spa operations and staff management
- Develop and manage annual spa budgets
- Ensure spa meets monthly and annual revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and develop spa staff
- Approve expenditures and manage vendor relationships
- Implement spa service quality standards
- Coordinate special spa programs and events

Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in spa management
- Proficiency in English and Japanese
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Experience with luxury hotel or spa environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of wellness and spa services is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong vendor management skills
