Job Overview

Our client, a leading multinational FMCG company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal professional to support business operations and ensure full legal compliance across commercial activities. This role requires strong legal expertise, business acumen, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and contract matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to FMCG operations (e.g. distributors, suppliers, marketing, sales)

• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Support business teams on legal risk assessment and mitigation

• Handle disputes, claims, and coordination with external legal counsel

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting FMCG business operations

• Act as a legal partner to senior management and cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree or legal certifications are an advantage)

• Minimum 10 years of legal working experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industry

• Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate legal matters

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
