Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow management.

• Manage statutory reporting, management reports, audit, and tax compliance.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and business performance to support decision-making and cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and processes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Act as a key business partner to senior management and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting within a multinational manufacturing environment, including senior leadership exposure.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.

• Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
