Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

• Overseeing local and export sales.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales officer
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and export
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers.
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.
• Setting sales quotas and goals

Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team 

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At lease 5 years in sales & marketing
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Able to work multi-skills & well manage job duties
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, integrity and honestly
• Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2)
• Good English
• Good computer skills
