Our client is a well‑established Japanese financial services company with a strong presence in Thailand, providing a wide range of financial solutions to corporate and institutional clients. Due to business growth and increasing regional coordination with Japan headquarters, they are seeking a Japanese Speaking Corporate Planning professional to join their team.

This role is suitable for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, experience in planning or strategy, and the ability to work effectively in a Japanese–English bilingual environment.

Role Overview

The Corporate Planning position plays a key role in supporting management with business planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management, local departments, and Japanese headquarters to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate planning and annual business planning processes

• Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and financial summaries

• Analyze business performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs

• Coordinate with internal departments on strategic initiatives and projects

• Prepare presentations and documents for management meetings

• Communicate and coordinate with Japanese headquarters in Japanese

• Support mid‑term business plans and special strategic projects

• Assist in market research and industry analysis within the financial sector

Candidate Profile

• Japanese language proficiency (Business level – JLPT N1 or above)

• English communication skills at working level

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

• Experience in corporate planning, strategy, finance, or business analysis is preferred

• Experience within financial services, banking, leasing, insurance, or trading is an advantage

• Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills

• Able to work in a structured, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven environment
