• 株式・デリバティブ取引の決済業務の管理および正確・迅速な処理

A rapidly growing global fintech firm is seeking an experienced Global Markets Operations Manager to lead settlement and trading operations in its Tokyo office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations (BAU) across equity trading and derivatives products while coordinating closely with overseas offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United States. You will drive operational excellence, risk management, and process improvements within a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to equity trading and/or derivatives settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate closely with global offices to maintain seamless cross-border BAU operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and drive efficiency improvements.
• Review trade reports, manage failed trades, and ensure sufficient settlement funding.
• Process settlements and corporate actions while producing accurate regulatory and external reports.
• Support system testing, project initiatives, and operational enhancement programs.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融機関、証券会社、カストディ銀行、清算機関等における決済オペレーション経験
• 株式、デリバティブ等の証券商品に関する知識

• 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる適応力
• データ分析に基づく課題発見・改善提案力
• グローバルチームと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）

• 取引のフロントからバックまでの一連のトレードフローおよび照合（リコンサイル）プロセスなど、オペレーションの全体的な知識
• 資金管理、外部報告、決済業務（支払処理を含む）に関する実務経験

• Professional experience in settlement operations within financial institutions, brokerages, custodian banks, or clearinghouses.
• Knowledge of equity trading, derivatives, or related financial products.
• Practical understanding of end-to-end trade flows and reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience in cash management, external reporting, and settlement operations including payment processing.

• Strong adaptability in dynamic and evolving business environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational risks and process improvements.
• Effective coordination skills across cross-border teams.
