As the E-commerce Manager for the Japan market, you play a key role in driving the digital growth strategy and managing APM Monaco online presence in Japan. You are responsible for optimizing the e-commerce site to meet the needs and preferences of Japanese consumers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that aligns with local trends, behaviors, and expectations.

日本市場向けのEコマースマネージャーとして、デジタル成長戦略の推進およびAPM Monacoの日本におけるオンラインプレゼンスの管理において重要な役割を担っていただきます。日本の消費者のニーズや嗜好に合わせてECサイトを最適化し、ローカルトレンドや行動様式、期待値に沿ったシームレスな購買体験を提供することが求められます。
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the e-commerce strategy for Japan, aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
•  Ensure best-in-class e-merchandising and localized content through a robust animation plan.
•  Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and on-site content updates.
•  Analyze web analytics and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion, customer journey, and UX for the Japan site.
•  Drive traffic and sales through digital initiatives in collaboration with Media/CRM teams such as SEO, paid media, CRM/email, and on-site campaigns tailored to Japanese consumers.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with internal logistic teams to ensure reliable delivery and service levels in Japan.
• Monitor Japan e-commerce and consumer trends, as well as competitor activity, to refine strategy and keep the online business competitive.

• 最適なEマーチャンダイジングおよびローカライズされたコンテンツを、効果的な施策プランを通じて実現
• 商品掲載、価格設定、サイト内コンテンツ更新など、オンラインストアの日常運営業務の管理
• Web解析および売上データの分析を通じて成長機会を特定し、日本サイトにおけるコンバージョン、カスタマージャーニー、UXの最適化を推進
• SEO、広告運用、CRM／メール施策、サイト内キャンペーンなど、日本市場に最適化されたデジタル施策をメディア／CRMチームと連携して実施し、トラフィックおよび売上の最大化を図る
• 社内物流チームと連携し、受注処理およびロジスティクスを調整し、日本国内における安定した配送とサービス品質を確保
• 日本のEコマースおよび消費者トレンド、競合動向を継続的にモニタリングし、戦略の改善および競争力の維持を図る

This role is based in Hong Kong and requires full on‑site presence. The company will provide working visa sponsorship if needed.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree from an engineering or business school.
• 5 years of experience managing e‑commerce activities for the Japanese market or for a brand targeting Japanese consumers.
   
• 工学系またはビジネス系の大学院修士号
• 日本市場向け、または日本人消費者を対象としたブランドにおけるEコマース業務の経験5年以上

Skills and Interests:

• Native proficiency in Japanese.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project management (ie. LINE ecosystem) within digital or e-commerce teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proactive in proposing solutions that are fully aligned with local market and business needs.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

• デジタルまたはEコマースチームにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験（例：LINEエコシステムの活用など）
• データをビジネスに活かせる分析力と論理的思考力
• ローカル市場およびビジネスニーズに即した提案を主体的に行える方
• Shopifyの知識があれば尚可
