A rapidly growing fintech platform serving millions of customers is seeking an executive-level leader to drive enterprise-wide information security and cybersecurity strategy. As President of Information and Cybersecurity, you will balance fast-paced innovation with world-class security governance, ensuring trust, resilience, and regulatory alignment across the organization. This role is positioned as a strategic business enabler at the highest leadership level.

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide information security and IT risk management strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish risk appetite, governance structures, and security priorities.
• Build, operate, and continuously enhance security policies, frameworks, and internal controls.
• Lead incident response, crisis management, and organization-wide security readiness initiatives.
• Develop and manage high-performing cybersecurity teams while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 情報セキュリティ、サイバーセキュリティ、ITリスク管理領域等における実務経験10年以上
• エンタープライズ規模でのセキュリティ戦略設計・実行におけるシニアリーダー経験
• 金融機関やフィンテック等、金融規制が適応される企業・ビジネス環境での実務経験
• セキュリティガバナンス、リスクフレームワーク、コンプライアンスプログラムに関する深い知見
• エンタプライズスケールのインシデント対応体制やセキュリティオペレーションの統括経験

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 10+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk, or technology risk management.
• Senior leadership background in designing and executing enterprise security strategies.
• Hands-on experience working in regulated financial services or fintech environments.
• Deep expertise in security governance, risk frameworks, and compliance programs.
• Proven track record overseeing enterprise-scale incident response and security operations.

• Executive-level communication and strong stakeholder influence across business and technology.
• Confident decision-making under ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive security as a strategic differentiator.
