Finance Manager / Financial Controller

A leading hospitality property is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee the full finance function. This role is highly operational and requires a hands-on leader with strong financial discipline, Cost control experience, and robust reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely month‑end closing, including preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.

• Manage cash flow, AR/AP, credit control, and enforce strong payment and cash‑handling.

• Oversee cost control - tracking weekly cost %, analyzing pricing, and ensuring disciplined inventory management. 

• Maintain finance SOPs, internal controls, procurement compliance, and support structured reporting to management.

• Lead and develop a lean finance team while driving budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial planning.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of accounting experience
• 2–4 years in management level (Asst. Mgr. or Mgr. level)
• Hands-on month-end closing experience
• Comfortable reporting to ownership/group finance
• Strong Excel & Analytical skills
