A leading global medical device company is seeking a Clinical Education Manager in Tokyo to drive clinical training initiatives across Japan. This role focuses on infection prevention and endoscopy solutions, supporting healthcare professionals through structured education programs and hands-on workshops.

You will act as a key bridge between clinical practice, regulatory standards, and commercial teams, ensuring safe and effective use of advanced medical technologies in hospitals nationwide. • Develop comprehensive clinical training plans and educational materials aligned with Japanese medical regulations
• Deliver hands-on workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for hospital staff and internal teams

• Represent the company in professional committees contributing to updates of clinical guidelines and safety protocols
• Provide technical expertise and clinical support to sales teams during product trials and medical procedures

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 看護学、バイオメディカルサイエンスなど医療・ライフサイエンス関連分野の学士号以上
• 医療業界での実務経験（特に内視鏡または感染対策領域）
• クリニカルエデュケーション、医療機器トレーニング、または製品ポートフォリオ管理の経験

• 高い倫理観とプロフェッショナリズム
• 優れた交渉力および問題解決能力
• 医療従事者や社内関係者との強固なリレーション構築力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外チームとの連携あり）

• University degree in nursing, biomedical science, or a related medical/life sciences field
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in endoscopy or infection control
• Proven experience in clinical education, medical training, or medical device portfolio management
• Ability to communicate effectively in global environments with business-level English and fluent Japanese

• High ethical standards and strong professional integrity
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders

• Japanese: Native-level fluency required
