• 多国籍企業を担当
• 融資、貿易金融、トランザクションバンキング商品などの新規案件開拓
• 戦略的アカウントプランの策定および実行によるウォレットシェア拡大
• 海外拠点およびグローバルプロダクトチームと連携したクロスボーダービジネスの推進
• バイラテラルローンおよびシンジケートローンの組成・ストラクチャリング
• クレジット申請書、更新・条件変更申請の作成および内部承認プロセス対応
• リスク、法務、コンプライアンス、オペレーション部門との調整による案件完遂
• 日本拠点の多国籍企業クライアントポートフォリオの管理

A leading global corporate and investment bank is seeking a Vice President MNC Relationship Manager to join its Tokyo franchise. This role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of multinational corporate clients in Japan, driving new business origination across lending, trade finance, and transaction banking solutions.

You will take ownership of strategic client relationships, identify cross-border opportunities, and work closely with regional offices and global product teams to deliver integrated banking solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate banker looking to build a long-term leadership career within a strong international platform.

• Originate new business from multinational corporate clients across lending, trade finance, and transaction banking products
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share
• Identify cross-border opportunities and coordinate closely with overseas offices and global product teams
• Structure bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and prepare credit applications, renewals, and amendments
• Lead transaction execution by coordinating Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Act as global relationship coordinator for selected client groups to ensure consistent coverage across regions
• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients based in Japan

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本国内のコーポレートバンキング部門で多国籍企業を担当した経験 7〜10年程度
• 新規案件のオリジネーションおよび収益拡大の実績
• バイラテラルおよびシンジケートローンのストラクチャリング経験
• 貿易金融（トレードファイナンス）およびトランザクションバンキング商品の知識
• クロスボーダー案件の調整・推進経験
• クレジット申請書作成およびクレジットコミッティーへのプレゼン経験

• 顧客視点、信頼関係構築力
• ビジネス感覚
• コミュニケーション、ステークホルダーマネジメント
• 複雑な案件を推進するオーナーシップ意識、アカウンタビリティ

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル必須
• 英語: 流暢レベル必須

• 7-10 years of corporate banking experience covering multinational corporate clients in Japan
• Proven track record in business origination and revenue growth
• Strong experience structuring bilateral and syndicated lending transactions
• Solid exposure to trade finance and transaction banking solutions
• Experience coordinating cross-border business with regional and global stakeholders
• Hands-on experience preparing credit applications and presenting to credit committees

• Strong relationship-building ability with a client-first and commercially driven mindset
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies
• High ownership and accountability in managing complex transactions
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced cross-border environments
• Strong judgment and integrity aligned with risk and governance standards

• Japanese: Native-level fluency required
• English: Fluent-level proficiency required

• Prior experience as an MNC Relationship Manager within a global bank
• Strong exposure to integrated corporate banking platforms
