A global leader in the financial services and insurance industry is seeking a highly skilled Network Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and network implementation projects in Tokyo.

This is a high-visibility contract opportunity where you will drive critical projects involving network deployment, rack/cabling documentation, vendor coordination, and structured project governance. You will work closely with both technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution across timelines, cost control, and operational handover.

• Lead full project lifecycle execution including charter creation, planning, and delivery for IT/network infrastructure projects
• Develop detailed project documentation including Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project schedules
• Manage physical infrastructure requirements including rack/cabling documentation and IT/network implementation oversight
• Maintain and control project timelines using Gantt charts, ensuring milestone delivery and deadline adherence
• Oversee project budgets and ensure strict spending control aligned with business requirements
• Maintain risk registers and change management logs, ensuring issues and deviations are documented and resolved
• Coordinate internal resource planning and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery
• Deliver weekly and monthly project reporting, including stakeholder updates and milestone sign-off facilitation
• Conduct project closure activities including handover to operations, lessons learned documentation, and final closure reporting

必須条件経験・資格：

• IT/ネットワークインフラ領域のプロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• ネットワーク導入、ITインフラ構築、データセンター関連業務の経験
• Agile / Waterfall / ハイブリッドでのプロジェクト推進経験
• Microsoft Project、SharePointなどのPMツール利用経験
• ServiceNow等のITSM（チケット管理システム）利用経験

• リーダーシップ：メンバーのモチベーションを引き出し、目標に向かって技術チームを引っ張れること
• コミュニケーション能力：技術的な概念を他部署のステークホルダーにわかりやすく説明できること
• 課題解決力：リスクを積極的に管理し、課題やコンフリクトを効果的にマネージできること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会議対応）

• **PMP資格（Project Management Professional）**

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and network-related projects
• Strong knowledge of IT facilities including rack/cabling documentation and network implementation processes
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery environments
• Strong experience using project tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar internal ticketing systems

• Strong leadership ability to motivate and guide technical delivery teams toward key milestones
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong risk management and issue resolution capability
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, deliverables tracking, and acceptance processes

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business Level (Intermediate to Business)
