本ポジションでは、診断・予測・処方型の機械学習モデルを構築し、ビッグデータを事業価値に直結するスケーラブルなソリューションへと転換します。

• ビジネス課題を解決するための予測・処方型機械学習モデルの設計・実装
• 初期段階のMVPやプロトタイプを改善し、本番利用可能・スケーラブルな分析プロダクトを完成させること
• 探索的データ分析（EDA）を通じたパターン抽出、プロダクトチームの役に立つ実行可能なインサイトの提供
• 技術要件と事業価値の整合性の確保（プロダクトマネージャーやデータエンジニアと連携）
• 技術・非技術ステークホルダーへのデータの説明・プレゼン（データ可視化やデータストーリーテリングなどの工夫を取り入れてわかりやすく）

Join a central analytics team within a global FMCG and retail leader as a Senior Data Scientist (Haken). In this role, you will sit at the heart of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, building diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive models that convert complex data into scalable, value-driven business solutions.

Working in a highly international, bilingual environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data science directly influences strategy and decision-making.

• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Refine early-stage MVPs and prototypes into scalable, production-ready analytics products
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Partner with Product Managers and Data Engineers to align technical feasibility with business value
• Communicate insights through data storytelling and visualization to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

必須条件 経験・資格：

• データサイエンス実務経験4〜7年（消費財、リテール、CPG、金融業界歓迎）
• 回帰分析、ランダムフォレスト、ブースティング、ディープラーニング（DL）の実務経験
• 英語・日本語双方を使用するバイリンガル環境での業務経験

• 4-7 years of experience in an applied Data Science role, ideally within FMCG, Retail, CPG, or Financial Services
• Hands-on experience with modeling techniques such as Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, and Deep Learning
• Proven experience working in bilingual professional environments using both English and Japanese

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills in cross-cultural environments
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings

• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop and Apache Spark ((Py)Spark)
• Exposure to optimization techniques, text mining, or social network analysis
• Professional Data Science certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate, CAP, DASCA SDS)
