WebサイトやCMSを中心としたデジタルプロジェクトの中核として、要件定義から制作、QA、リリースまでエンドツーエンドでのプロジェクト推進を担います。

世界的なブランドの大規模デジタル／CMS案件に携わり、企画からリリースまで、裁量をもって進められます。最新のデジタル制作手法・テクノロジーに触れられる環境も魅力。

• クライアント要件に基づくプロジェクトスコープ定義および制作計画の策定
• 複数のWeb／CMSプロジェクトにおけるスケジュール、予算、品質、マイルストーン管理
• デザイナー、エンジニア、ライター、外部ベンダーを含むクロスファンクショナルチームの統括
• 機能仕様書、WBS、工数見積、リスク評価の作成
• Webサイトのコンテンツ構成、ページ設計、CMS運用設計のドキュメント化
• QA計画、テスト仕様書作成、リリース前の品質管理
• 非技術系ステークホルダーへの技術的内容の分かりやすい説明
• 外注パートナー管理、フィードバック提供、納期・コスト遵守の徹底
• ワイヤーフレーム、サイトマップ、ユーザーフローの作成
• プロジェクトおよび技術ドキュメントの継続的な管理・更新

This is a core delivery role within a global digital agency, ideal for an experienced Digital Producer / Web Director (Haken) who enjoys owning end-to-end web and CMS projects. You will lead digital initiatives from initial scoping and requirements definition through production, QA, and final deployment, working closely with clients to ensure business goals are met through high-quality digital execution.

The role sits at the intersection of project management, web production, and stakeholder coordination, offering exposure to large-scale, high-impact digital platforms.

• Define project scope and requirements aligned with client objectives and translate them into executable production plans
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and QA processes across multiple web and CMS projects
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, writers, and external vendors
• Create functional specifications, WBS, effort estimates, and risk assessments for digital delivery
• Design and document site architecture, page structures, and CMS operation plans
• Plan and oversee QA activities, testing documentation, and final quality control prior to release
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to account teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage outsourcing partners, provide clear feedback, and ensure delivery is on time and within budget
• Produce IA deliverables such as wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows
• Maintain accurate project and technical documentation throughout the lifecycle

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Webサイト、マイクロサイト、LP制作の実務経験5年以上
• デジタルエージェンシーやWeb広告代理店、デジタル制作会社等での経験5年以上
• デジタル／Webプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験3年以上
• システムエンジニアや技術チームとの協業経験
• 大規模WebサイトやCMSベースのプラットフォーム運用経験

• AEM、Sitecore、Drupal、WordPress、ContentfulなどCMS経験
• HTML、CSS、JavaScript、JSON、SQL、REST APIの基礎理解
• Jira、MS Project、Smartsheetsなどの利用経験
• SEOを意識したサイト設計やバックエンド連携の知識
• UAT／MATテスト、運用保守の経験
• Figmaの使用経験

• 5+ years of experience managing website, microsite, or landing page production
• 5+ years of experience within a digital agency or digital production environment
• 3+ years of hands-on digital or web project management experience
• Experience working closely with system engineers and technical teams
• Proven experience managing large-scale websites and CMS-driven platforms

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills across multidisciplinary groups
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership of tasks and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Logical, solution-oriented thinker with a collaborative approach

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency required
• English: Business-level proficiency required

• Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or Contentful
• Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheets
• Knowledge of SEO-oriented site structures and backend system integration
• Experience with UAT/MAT testing and post-launch operational support
• Working knowledge of Figma
