Position Name:                         Electrical Design Engineer (R&D department)

Location: Chonburi

Salary package: 60,000-65,000 THB/month

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical, electronic, and electro‑mechanical subsystems and components.

• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and test procedures.

• Develop electrical subsystems including wire harnesses, switches, motors, pumps, valves, contactors, and transformers.

• Create electrical schematics and harness layouts using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

• Set up, execute, and document tests for electrical and electronic controls and subsystems.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on component and subsystem development.

• Ensure designs comply with marketing requirements and regulatory standards.

• Provide production support, including problem solving and handling quality improvement (QI) and continuous improvement (CI) activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings involving hundreds of components.

• Proven problem solving skills and experience resolving technical issues.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on results, diversity, and technical excellence.

• Effective communication skills in multicultural environments, with solid presentation abilities.

• Hands‑on contributor with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self motivated with excellent decision making capabilities.

• Proficient in PC applications and general computer skills.
