Job Title:          Design Manager

Business Type:  Manufacturing and Sales of automotive air-conditioning systems

Location:          Rojana, Ayutthaya

Job Type:          Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design activities, product testing, and control of project management standards, operations, and integration under ISO/TS16949, 150, 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant standards.
• Training and developing personnel to improve performance and service, and reduce product costs.
• Improve design and testing activities, manage changes to create new products.
• Carry out various activities for organizational development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering in Mechanical or related fields
• At least 5 years in management
• Skill in project management
• Coordination skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Skills in cross-functional team activities
• Has strong communication skills and proficiency in English or Japanese
• Has computer skills for design
• Knowledge of product testing
• Knowledge of reading blueprints and designing products
• Knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems
