PR/119015 | System Engineer (Presales Engineer)

Position: System Engineer / Presales Engineer (IT Solutions)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

JAC is partnering with a leading IT solutions provider to find a System Engineer / Presales Engineer who will handle system delivery (60%) and presales activities (40%) while working closely with partners to support solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

System Engineer (60%)

• Deploy and configure servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage/backup, and basic network services.

• Support cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) setups, backup/DR, and hybrid integration.

• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and handover.

   

Presales (40%)

• Conduct requirement gathering and solution scoping with customers.

• Prepare BOM, SOW, and support proposal development.

• Handle RFP/TOR responses.

• Deliver demos/PoC and present technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in system engineering or presales from SI/IT solution environment.

• Knowledge in Windows/Linux, VMware, storage/backup, cloud fundamentals, and networking basics.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
