This role is responsible for acquiring new industrial and commercial construction projects ranging from €5–85 million, supporting Japanese clients, and expanding relationships with existing customers.
■ Key Responsibilities
Office located in Frankfurt am Main
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience as a Construction Manager and/or Project Manager
- Sales experience in the construction industry
Korean：Native level , English：Business level
IT Skills
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- MS Project
- Honest, open, transparent, empathetic
- Confident, proactive, persistent
- Strong sales skills, particularly in new client acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Negotiation skills and intercultural competence

- Strong technical and economic understanding with a sense of responsibility
- 37.5‑hour workweek, flexitime, time‑off‑in‑lieu for overtime
- Up to 2 days/week home office
