Hiring Data Analyst - This One's for You

This role is created to meet the growing demand for data driven insights from merchants across Japan. You'll support the commercial team and management with reporting, advanced analysis and internal consultancy — making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage reports in MicroStrategy to track brand sales performance.
• Support the commercial team with data insights and analysis for client meetings.
• Create monthly business trend reports for the Japan Executive and Sales teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting or product management.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms — MicroStrategy and Tableau are a strong plus.
• Native or near native Japanese with business level English fluency.
