Our client, a company in the MLM and healthcare industry, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage financial operations under both US and Japan GAAP standards, providing a broad scope of responsibilities and international exposure. Key Responsibilities:

• - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements under US GAAP
• - Manage tax filings and liaise with tax firms
• - Create and manage budgets and forecasts
• - Prepare financial reports for headquarters and CEO
• - Oversee AR/AP processes and journal entries
• - Manage finance department operations
• - Ensure compliance with Japan GAAP standards
• - Analyze budget variances and financial performance
• - Manage pricing and margin templates for Japan

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of finance management experience
• - Business-level English proficiency
• - Experience with ERP systems like JDE or SAP
• - Proficiency in Excel functions, pivot tables, and graphs
• - Knowledge of US GAAP and Japan GAAP
• - Experience in tax filing and liaising with tax firms
• - Ability to create and manage budgets and forecasts
• - Experience in financial reporting to headquarters
